Style is a state of mind.
This is Mirco Conte…
He’s a coffee barista on Portobello Road who has effortless Italian charm.
His dreams are big: to savour simple pleasures. To create moments of happiness as lingering, intense and as fleeting as the scent of an espresso on a sunny but crisp market morning.
The quirky orange van, the weekend papers scattered on a reclaimed vintage sofa set down haphazardly under a waxy marquee take us all back to a childish moment of play, delight and calm.
I have coffee with him every Saturday morning, as do many others. And it’s a moment of the week we all look forward to.
Mirco has an alcohol license now also, so wrap up warm and come on down for a drink to Portobello Orange Coffee.
